4/12 Bayside Backblast

@F3Louisville You don’t realize how much you truly miss not being out there until you have been gone and come back and jump back into the routine.  This morning’s weather was awesome.  We had a great 6 man workout this am.  (Grandpa Bear – Q; Banana Bread, Huggies, Glauc, ShuttleCock (r), T18)

Luckily I didn’t forget my coupons at the house.  We started off with short job with some high knees to the COP.

Ran a short distance before doing 10 Burbies.  Continued to run to the back of the school where 6 solid coupons (30 lbs) waited for us.  We started on the Goal line; (We did so many different exercises, I’m going to try and type up the exercises at each location as best as I can remember….I’m still feeling it)

Goal Line:  15 arm curls.  Lunges to the 10 yard line.

10 yd Line:  20 overhead presses.  Lunges to the 20 yard line.

20 yard line: 1 Set of 21’s curls.  Lunges to the 30 yard line.

30 yard line: 20 merkins, Lunges to the 40 yard line.

40 yard line: 5 burbies, 20 overhead presses.  Lunges to the 50 yard line.

50 yard line: 20 arm curls, close grip merkins (20).  Lunges to the 40 yard line.

40 yard line: Overhead presses (20).  Lunges to the 30 yard line.

30 yard line: 20 arm curls.  Lunges to the 20 yard line.

20 yard line: 10 merkins.  Lunges to the 10 yard line.

10 yard line:  Continued to the Goal line.

Goal line: (Touchdown)

Carried coupons to benches to partner up and alternate 25 dips with 25 LBC’s for a total count of 100 each per person.  (ouch)  PopPye Arms!!

As we each gathered our coupons to head back, @T18 suggested we help our partner and give them a break (carrying their burdens for them, one suggested).  So we alternated carrying (60lbs) between light poles for two exchanges.  We circled to get in 5 burbies before proceeding up the slight hill.  We doubled up for the last exchange of 60 lbs to push out the last 100 yards.

We finished up in a COP with planks and 15 IC  Side to Side Pickle Peckers.
