17 turned out on my VQ, including FNG Gillooly. A little clunky getting started as I got a feel for the Q, but overall everyone put in the effort and hung with it. Strong work by all, and appreciate the patience with the hiccups. Weather was damp and humid, but cool enough in the high 60s/low 70s.

Station 3: ~20 yd duckwalk /bear crawl/long jump, until relieved and move to 4
Station 4: Plank, until relieved and move to 1
