LATE sat. bayside back blast

We moseyed around front parking lot. Stretched,did 10 Merkins! then stretched, continued until we got to 50 merkins.

then out of 5 rows of parking spots we went end to end. Started with lunges to one end came back doing plank walks, back down walking 5 steps and did stopped did 5 air squats continued until made to the end,  then back doing bear crawls. and sprinted the last to end.

Moseyed to back of school to do 4 sets of 10 thrusters with coupons with a partner while your partner waited helping plank.

Next we did lunges, merkins, air squats, then lunges for 100 yards.

Mosey back to flag for 50 shoulder taps.
