The idea was simple. How far around this .4 mile loop can we get? How much better can we get? But first, we warm up.
Conditions: Occasional rain, lightning in the distance, but incredible temps. Glen Ross on the radar. Emergency Action Plan: Run for the cars.
Mosey down amphitheater path with a series of high knees and butt kickers and back to starting point. Circle up for some COP.

Now for the WO. Line up at the start line facing same direction and get around the loop as far you can using the following cadence:
Bear Crawl x 60 sec.
Lunge Jump/Box Jump x 30 sec.
Inch Worm x 60 sec.
Mario’s x 60 sec.
Lunge Walk x 60 sec.
Run/Sprint x 30 sec.
Stop in place exactly where you finished as much as possible for each activity and then mark the final finishing spot as close as possible. Mosey back to the start line.
Round Two: Rinse and repeat. Get better!
Round Three: Do it again, but this time measure the distance between your first stop point and your IMPROVEMENT for round three. No option for going backwards. HIM who makes most improvement wins a case of beer.
