YHC has been traveling for the past month and a half trying to knock out the AO Challenge, but there’s no place like home. I knew that for my 100th post I wanted to go back to where it all started: The Rooster.
PAX: Hamm, Hooch, Fridge, Deuce, Spreadsheet, Rih Rih, Worm, Piggy, Blueprint, Pyle, Cowbell, Pink Panther, Miyagi, Bourne (FNG), Spinal Tap, Loco, Glen Ross, Escort, Tiger, Mouth, Blue Balls (FNG), Grinder (Q)
COP: SSHs, Abe Vigodas (Did we do these? They were on the Weinke), Hillbillies, Downward Dog, and Michael Phelps
Thang 1: 11’s…the hard way. Start with 10 Burpees/1 Bobby Hurley, Bear Crawl out, Crab Walk in. This was a pretty rough way to start the workout, but I had had a feeling it would be the hardest thing we’d do all morning, so I wanted to get it out of the way first.
Thang 2: Partnered up and one partner from each pair grabbed a coupon. Partner one would work down reps of 100 Curls, 100 Overhead Presses, 100 Squats, 100 Chest Presses, and 100 Rows while partner two sprinted to the portico for 10 LBCs and sprinted back.
We had time for a little Mary (more LBCs, Flutter Kicks, and Freddie Mercurys) and then headed back to the flag for picture time and COT.

A few of you were there at my first post and I think it’s pretty awesome that after almost a year, we are all still going strong.
