Dr-dr-dr-drinking the Kool-Aid

(I was going to title the back-blast stuttering just “Kool-Aid” but that became problematic as I typed it out.)

I have been doing F3 for about 6 weeks and today was my first Q. You would have thought this was my first day of school as concerned as Star Child was that I would f**k it up. Hopefully I didn’t.

After a year of not caving into Star Child, I can say I’ve drank the Kook-Aid. My wife is getting annoyed because I’m talking about it more and more but she’ll get over it. I’m hooked on it and have really been looking forward to the workouts. Great guys, great energy, great workouts, great way to start the day.

Previously I was gunning a 5k a day then doing light weights. I’m seeing much better results doing F3 and I’m having a lot more fun with it. I love working out with guys of all condition levels where we can all be doing the same workout. I still don’t speak fluent F3 but I’m getting there.

For the Q today I just googled “best F3 workout” and took the first one that popped up. I’m guessing Hotwheels did the same thing as apparently he did the same work out last week.

I really wimped out not having everyone do 100 SSH during the warmup as a throw back to Starchild. I just didn’t want everyone to hate me before even getting started.

Hopefully the will be the first of many Qs

ROUND 7 – 5 burpees, 10 ‘mericans, 15 LBCs, , 20 dry docks, 25 squats, 30 Supermans , 35 American hammers , 1/8 mile run

ROUND 8 – 5 burpees, 10 ‘mericans, 15 LBCs, , 20 dry docks, 25 squats, 30 Supermans , 35 American hammers, 40 shoulder presses in peoples chair, 1/8 mile run

ROUND 9 – 5 burpees, 10 ‘mericans, 15 LBCs, , 20 dry docks, 25 squats, 30 Supermans , 35 American hammers, 40 shoulder presses in peoples chair, 50 side straddle hops, 1/8 mile run.

If you can finish that in 25 min that go back down the ladder.
