Although I would love to bring the IronPAX challenge to every AO in Louisville, it’s just not feasible. However, I will be there to proxy the challenge for anyone who would like to participate tomorrow morning.
For tomorrow morning, we will take advantage of a new workout that I saw from a fellow region. Plan for some running and plenty of merkin work!
