Back Blast – The Extender – 09/06/18 – Where’s the Ghost Flag?

Apparently, Kilo and his crew of merry men from The Vet had designs on stealing the Ghost Flag from its rightful owners at The Mutt. Unfortunately, the flag had been absconded with the day before and was residing at The O. As we later came to learn, Kilo’s crew had 2 fart sack’s so the flag would have been safe no matter its location. None to worry Kilo, your boys from The Mutt got your back! We sent a crew over to the O to get it back. It is now home, in its rightful location and you guys are welcome to come get it anytime you wish. Unless of course it’s not at the Mutt or you don’t have the numbers to steal it. The good news is we had a large number of HIM’s from several different AO’s which made it a great workout!

Pax: Booger (FNG), Snow Day, Wham-O, Nino, Flounder, Bushhh, FloJo, Ham, Worm, Ri-Ri, Blue Print, Spreadsheet, Beano, Tiger, Zoolander, Peperoni, Shiplap, Mouth, Scuba Steve, Mary Poppins, Vincent, Zima, Kilo, Pork Chop

COP: SSH, Runners Stretch, Kendra Newman’s, Merkins, Downward Dog Calf Stretches

Thang 1: Mosey around the Path of Enlightenment to Snake Hill with Coupons. Dora – 100 Coupon Curls, 200 Coupon Shoulder Press, 300 Coupon Squats – Partner 1 completes coupon exercises at the bottom of the hill; Partner 2 Bear Crawls to the top of the hill, completes 5 Big Boy Sit-ups and runs back down. Rinse and repeat until all coupon exercises are complete.

Thang 2: Mosey around the Path of Enlightenment to the playground. Colt 45’s and Burpups – Half of the Pax completes 21 Cinder Block Curls. 7 reps from the bottom of the movement up to the halfway point (with your arms at a 90-degree angle and hands at elbow level). 7 reps from the halfway point up to the top of the bicep curl (hands up near shoulder level). 7 reps start at the bottom of the movement and complete a full range of movement all the way up. The other half of the Pax completes Burpups which are standard Burpee’s done under the monkey bars. You complete a Burpee, exept when you jump, you grab the monkey bar and go straight into a pull up. Rinse & repeat until one round of Colt 45’s are complete and the Pax switches. 3 rounds of each exercise per partner.

Thang 3: Mosey back to return Coupons. Circle up and complete 5 Catalina Wine Makers. Finish with Guantanamo which is the Pax circling up in a six-inch hold while one Pax runs inside the circle pressing down on the others feet. The next person begins when the running Pax member returns to his spot.

COT: FNG Booger was named (Thanks Kilo, I hope Booger returns 😉) Announcements were made about the upcoming Ruck opportunities, check Slack for details.
