“Alexa, what did you do for your last Q?”

The weather was cool but dry.
An introduction and disclaimer were given. Because the Q is such a nice guy and want everyone to get better, we had a Slaughter Start to get warm and start our improvement process.
After a short mosey, he COP workouts were: Slaughter Start (10x BOYO), SSH, Grass Grabber, Kendra Newman, Hillbilly Squats, Leg/Calf Stretch.
After another short mosey and grabbing the coupons, the weinke was explained:
A head-to-head-to-head , You-V-You-V-You competition, Mutt vs. O vs County.
There will be 9 rounds, 2 min AMRAP per round. Track the reps.

After carrying the coupons back and a few minutes of planking, it was decided that it was time to have fun. The PAX split into two group and played Ultimate Burpee Football. Think Ultimate Frisbee, but with a football and only 4 downs per possession. If dropped, offense has to burpee. If intercepted, offense has to do 3 burpees.
After about 9 total TD’s, was time for COT. Everyone got closer. Thanks were given. Intentions were offered. Then everyone headed out ready to tackle the weekend.
