Weather: Light sprinkle and humid

Warm Up: Mosey around the lower parking lot, Side Straddle Hop (20 IC), Grass Pickers (15 IC), Kendra Newmans, Downward Dog/Calf Stretches, Side Straddle Hop (20 IC), Grass Pickers (10 IC), Mosey to workout stations

9 Workout Stations to rotate through, including one partner station:

AMRAP each station, rotating after the partner station)
Sumo Deadlift High-Pulls w/45 lb Plate Weight
Ground-to-Overhead w/20 lb Dumbbell
Back Rows w/45 lb or 35 lb Plate Weight
Overhead Lunges w/25 lb Plate Weight
