Thang 1
Frisbee throw – Each PAX tossed the frisbee. We sprinted toward it while it is in the air and then bear crawled to it once it hit the ground. We were to throw it in the direction to take us behind the school, however some PAX (YHC included) had other ideas when throwing the frisbee. We eventually got there though.
Thang 2
Each PAX partnered up. I set up cones about 100 yards apart. Large cones were in the middle at about the 50 yard mark. Partners were to sprint to the middle. Once there, they would play paper/rock/scissors. The winner did an exercise while the loser did double the exercise. Both partners would then Bernie sanders back to the starting point and do 5 burpees.
The exercises were: (the losing PAX would do double the number)
10 Burpees
15 Merkins
20 Squats
25 American Hammers
30 Monkey Humpers
35 Air Presses
40 SSH
45 LBCs
50 Mountain Climbers
We made it through one round and about 1/3 of the second round.
We then moseyed back to the flag. We sprinted (giving it all we had once we got to the parking lot)
We had 2 minutes left for Mary
25 Flutter kicks IC
1 minute elbow plank

It’s been about one year since I last Q’d Bayside…too long. I need to make it back more often. Congrats to Glauc and the other leaders for really growing this AO.
I encouraged the PAX to never be afraid to ask for help if you need it. It’s hard to do sometimes, I know.
It was a privilege to lead as always.
