Short AYG to end of parking lot then mosy back
Thang 1: 1:10 to 10 : 40 Curls (with coupon) : mountain climbers (on coupon)
Mosey to Flag: 30 second intervals (merkin rows R, Merkin Rows L, LBC)
Mosey back to coupons with an AYG about 1/4 way, mosey the rest of the way.
Thang 2: 1:10 to 10:40 Merkins (on coupon) : air presses
AYG to end of the parking lot, Mosy back
Thang 3: 1:10 to 10:40 Squats (with coupon): anton ono’s
mosey back to flag with an AYG in a 1/4th stretch of the way back..
