Strapped on our headlamps and went face first through the spiderwebs.
A 2 mile run around the Coppiced Woods Trail: A 1.87 mile hike/bike trail through the Coppiced Woods near William F. Miles Lakes. A medium difficulty trail with connections to the Louisville Loop.
Stopping just 3 times for a re-group of the Pax.
Once we made it to the end it was 6:09. It was just in time to mosey back to the flag for COT
