It was a balmy 72 degrees this October morning.
PAX: Blueprint Q, No Show, Deuce, Sump Pump, Noxzema Jackson, Pope, Backdraft, Glen Ross, Plumb Bob, PED, Pepperoni, Waterboy, Fridge, Soft-top, Larry Flint, Loco, Tiger and Tureen
Started at 5:30 with the Disclaimer and Mosey Around the School for warm-ups
Warm-up:
- 25 SSH’s
- 20 Imperial Walkers
- 20 Grass Grabbers (slow)
- Downward Dog w/ Calf Stretch and Runners Stretch
- Pretzel Stretch
- 60 Second Plank on hands
There was lots of chatter during warm-ups until we got to the plank and people started to settled in
Thang 1: 11’s – Mosey over on the Cherrywood hill
- T-Merkins at the top
- Run to the bottom
- Big Boys at the bottom
- Run back to the top
- 1:10, 2:9, 3:8, etc
- Plank when finished or pick up the 6
Chatter picked back up during the Mosey but stopped once we got to the second set or T-Merkins
- 60 Second Plank on elbows
I let everyone know we were doing the planks today because I lost a challenge to my son this weekend. We moseyed to the side parking lot for Thang 2
Thang 2: Blimps – Start on end line by the school and Bear Crawl 3 spaces in between each exercise
- 5 Burpees
- 10 Lunges (each Leg)
- 15 Imperial Walkers
- 20 Merkins
- 25 Plank Jacks
- 30 Squats
- Rinse and Repeat
- 60 Second Plank – 30 sec on hands and 30 seconds on elbows
It was during this plank that the complaining started and that I should not punish everyone because I lost a challenge this weekend…..
