Strong group of HIMS went up and down the ladder in the Gloom this morning. Great job everyone. The smell of dog crap and skunk was a nice touch to add to the pain…if I do say so myself!;)
25x SSH (IC) followed by 10 Burpees
20x Imperial walkers (IC) followed by 10 Burpees
Hold plank for 30 second and go right into 15x mountain climbers (IC)
Had Pax count off and partner up. Everyone grabbed a coupon and headed for the cones setup at the Egg Lawn.

First set 10x burpees. Movement was a Bear and Block to cone and back (bear and block: get down in bear crawl and drag coupon thru your legs up 25 yard to cone and back 25 yards to starting cone)
Second set 10x Burpees and 20x shoulder press with coupon. Movement Bear and Block
Third set 10x Burpees, 20x Shoulder Press with Coupon, and 30x Flutter kicks (IC). Movement B&B
Fourth Set 10x Burpees, 20x Shoulder Press with Coupon, 30x Flutter Kicks (IC), and 40x Lunges (20 per leg). Movement B&B
5th set 10x Burpees, 20x Shoulder Press with Coupon, 30x Flutter Kicks (IC), 40x Lunges (20 per leg), and 50 Calf raises on coupon. Movement B&B
Anyone that finished this, started at Calf raises and worked their way back down the Ladder. I called time at 6:13am and we headed back to put up coupons and circle up.
Coun-o-Rama, Name-o-Rama, gave some announcements about upcoming OCT Ruck event and F3 Fall Festival. Shared some intentions and I finished with a prayer to send us out.
