Warm up lap around the lot, get the coupons, and circle up for COP. 50 SSH’s, GG’s, and runners stretches. Followed by the Thang.
The Thang: 4 corners.
4 cones lined up around the parking lot. At each cone, do 10 merkins, shoulder taps, carolina dry docks, and thrusters. Increase to 20 second time around, 30 the next, and up. Between cones, ya bear crawl or ya lunge walk.
Had enough time left over for a fast-paced coupon burnout.
