BackBlast: The Max 1/5/20

It was a misty and cold morning at Bayside. The attendance was low but Charolais and I got after it anyway. This was a perfect example of what F3 is about. If it wasn’t for this group then there is no way I’d be out on a morning like this pushing myself to get better.

10 lunge (5 each leg)
100 yd run back

Set 3: 5 reps

10 curls
100 yd run
10 air squats
100 yd run back

Set 4: 5 reps

10 overhead press
100 yd run
10 lunge (5 each leg)
100 yd run back
