We started with the disclaimer right at 5:30am. We then took a mosey around the parking island to the lot next to the coupons for COP.

After the COP we all grabbed coupons and lined up along the west side of the parking lot facing the egg lawn. I notified the PAX it was LEG DAY not lower back day for safety reasons.
THANG 1: PAX were instructed to perform set exercise and reps, bear crawl across parking lot, crab walk back, perform next exercise. Rinse and Repeat until time is called. All exercises were done with coupons: 5 each leg – Step Through Lunges (perform reverse lunge immediately into forward lunge with the same leg), 10 Set down squats (Start standing with coupon, squat to set it down, stand back up, squat to pick it up, that is 1 rep), 15 deadlifts, 20 calf raises.
THANG 2: We moseyed to the playground and partnered up. P1 held a wall squat on the building while P2 ran to south end benches and performed 10 box jumps/step ups. P2 ran back to relieve P1 and switched. We continued with this pattern until time was called.
THANG 3: We did one full mosey lap around the parking lot island and circled up for Mary: 20 BBSU, 20 LBC’s, 20 Gas Pumps, and thanks to Nino, a very awkward counting of approximately 5 A-Rods before time was called (we will get it figured out one day).
