2/19/20 The Bridge at The Posh Back Blast

It was my first time leading the HIMs at the Posh.  In fact I hadn’t visited there too many times. It’s a pretty long drive at 0500.  However I was looking forward to finally getting out there to Q.  I didn’t want to get too far out of the box with it since I was a visitor.  I’ll save those for the Mutts.

PAX(9): Stick up, Buzzsaw, Dynomite!, Meathead, Jitterbug (R), Mr. Kotter, Crotchety, Viking, Plumb Bob (Q)

WEATHER: About 30deg but nice, mostly clear skies, calm winds

To start we warmed up on the small parking lot.  I had the Pax mosey from one end to the other and Bernie Sanders back then karaoke to the end and back.  Since we already had the blood pumping we had a quick COP and stretches.

THE THANG

15 V-Ups Plank Jacks Skull Crushers
20 Overhead Press Rows Swings
25 Bench Press Squats Curls
30 Lunges American Hammers Big Boy Sit Ups

We did sets 1 and 2 three times each and set 3 about 1.5 times until time ran out.  It was pretty simple yet a good full body beat down.

We circles up for Name-o-rama, announcements, and COT.  I told the guys it was an honor and humbling to get to lead them in their attempt to better themselves, if only for a day. We sent a few silent intentions to the Sky Q and headed out to conquer the day.

Thanks Poshies for having me out.  I promise I’ll return sooner rather than later.
