Hoping to make this a memorable start for my VQ. I’ll no doubt stumble through (that will be most of the memories), but here’s a little about the plan. Not much running, not even much walking, but I didn’t say no crawling. We’ll grab a couple coupons each and get to work. Plan to keep moving, but in the same place (it is a Heavy). I really enjoy Spartan races and we will all share a Spartan workout. I think Spartans listen to Country Music, so will be some of that to keep the “pace” going. Life throws us all some “interruptions” so will have a few throughout our time together. Hope to see you there at 0530!
