For the first time since the Planetarium was officially named, the stars came out. The stars were noted and then we began straight away at 5:30am.

The Inferno start was such a success last week at the Station, I decided to bring it out again. 5 Burpees, 10 Merkins, 15 SSH single count rinse and repeat for 5 minutes.
After that great start, I wanted this workout to have times when the heart rate had a chance to recover, so we walked for a minute before moseying back to the coupons. I explained the Thang. One round of Tabata, walk a minute to recover then finish a mosey lap around the baseball field, rinse and repeat with different exercises. We did Tabata with Merkins, Curls, Squats, Rows, and Dips. Returned the coupons and moseyed back to the Flag to end right at 6:15.
