Please try to bring three things that should be easy to find in your home: a light weight, a heavy weight, and something to step on.
For example, I’m bringing a 30 pound coupon from my garage, a 5 gallon bucket from Lowe’s that weighs about 55-60 pounds, and a makeshift step that I set up in my garage.
