Tomorrow will be a full-body, boot camp style workout. Bring your coupon of choice and a yoga mat, or some sort of pad for your back.
Because of the quarantine, I’ve been reading about different types of workouts and techniques. So we will experiment with some of those new things. We’ll start with some box breathing. Next will be a tabata-style workout with the coupon. Three circuits of seven different exercises. No new ground will be broken. High intensity and it’ll be the bulk of the WO.
In the third thing we will work on the legs. Air squats, Cossack squats (link here for demonstration: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tpczTeSkHz0, and jump squats.
As is customary, we will end with some Mary. Here we will try some different exercises.
