BEWARE ALL WHO ENTER THE FOG…or something like that. There aren’t many better places to start a Saturday off than The Parklands. It provides for some incredible scenery…and a nice sunrise.
The weather was perfect.
PAX – 11
Number 2 (R)
Nice and Slow
Quick Mosey to the coupon lot for COP:
10 Kraken burpees – you never know where these will pop up in the weinke
Quite possibly something else…but I can’t remember
Stations were set up around the path on the outskirt of the Egg Lawn with varying exercises. But before we took off around the path, we did
5/10/20 – Curls, tricep extensions, overhead presses – 5 reps each exercise, then 10 reps, then 20.
After that, the PAX set off to tackle the loop, twice.
The list of exercises around the loop
Station 1: 50 IC Flutter Kicks/ 25 IC Mountain Climbers
Station 2: Squats x 25/ Lunges x 25 (each leg)/ Split Squat/ Sumo Squats50
Station 3: 50 LBCs/ 15 Leg Lifts
Station 4: 10 Kraken Burpees
Station 5: 25 Wide Merkins
Station 6: 25 Hand Release Merkins/ 20 Carolina Dry Docks
After all PAX completed the loop twice we headed back to the coupons to repeat the 5/10/20 coupon set.
To honor Glauc, we circled up for some Mary. There were the normal call outs, until it came to Stick Up, and I’m still not sure what the hell we did, but it was hard…and then Drysdale somehow finagled us all into allowing him to have a break, while he tried to slam our legs in the ground.
My time was up at 0800.
Thanks for the invite, Mr. Kotter.
SYITG next time, Jewel.
