Thanks to the PAX who braved the rain and lightning to join me; we “Mostly” kept safish under cover.
PAX: Jitterbug (QIC), Stick Up, Bob Ross, Double Down (R), Backflop, Holy Roller (R)
COP- SSH, Imperial Walkers, Kendra Newmans, Stretching, Copperhead Squats, Combo Merkin/Shoulder Taps
THANG 1- I had a series of exercises that were to be completed in sets of 5, 10, and then 15 count. In between each set I had planned some sprints so needed to adapt; as we stayed under cover. SO I threw in some High Knees and SSH to be done in place in between. So we had 4 total rounds of the 5-10-15 of Merkins, Squats, Carolina Dry Docks, and Bobby Hurleys
THANG 2 (Did I mention we had Coupons?) I had a list of coupon exercises to be done in succession , and then do a half lap around the parking lot, then rinse and repeat the set. We competed 4 rounds of the following followed by the parking lot lap.
-5 Manmakers, 10 Coupon Squats, 10 Thrusters, 15 Bent over rows, 20 Curls, 20 Big Boys
THANG 3- Each PAX Competed 3 ROunds of 5 Boyos, and then a Bear Crawl around the inner Circle of the Covered Area
Intentions- Look, this is an extraordinary time, difficult as I remember in my lifetime in terms of conflict and sickness and how best to manage it. This group is an excellent vehicle to manage that stress, (and the Calm channel on Sirius/XM Radio) It is important to go to a place, even in your mind where you unplug and see the big picture, and remember what is most important. We are more alike than we are different, and we are stronger together as a group. Personally as part of F3 I feel an obligation to try and be a calm voice, to lead, and be the light in darkness.
