  • 20 one arm squats
  • 20 merkin pull throughs
  • 10 yd bearcrawl ruck drag to 3rd cone
  • 30 one arm squats
  • 30 merkin pull throughs
  • 10 yd bearcrawl ruck drag to 4th cone
  • 40 one arm squats
  • 40 merkin pull throughs

Lunge walk back to end line.

Thang2 (2 rounds)

  • 25 ruck bear hug squats
  • 25 ruck bear hug lunges
  • 400 m sprint
