Thang 1: Suicides across parking lot. At return to baseline, 10 Merkins, 10 Jump Squats, 20 Merkins, 20 Jump Squats.
Thang 2: Bearcrawl suicides. Bear crawl out 5 yards, 5 merkins, crawl bear back, bearcrawl out 10 yards, 10 merkins, crawl bear back, bear crawl out 5 yards, 5 merkins, crawl bear back. Repeato.
Thing 3: Partner up for catch me if you can.
Thang 4: Circle up for Core. LBCs, flutters, Freddie Mercurys, etc
Thang 5: Partner up and meet in the middle of parking lot. On go, you and your partner run to opposite ends of the lot, 5 diamond merks, and run back to hold plank. Run, 10 wide merks, run back and plank. Run, 20 regular merks, run back and plank.
Thing 6: Triangle. Count off by 3s, assemble in 3 stations 50 yards apart. 1s 10 merks and run to 2. 2s AMRAP burpees until pushed by 1s. 3s plank until pushed by 2s. PAX was getting tired, and some shit talkin ensued when the groups weren’t moving fast enough to stop the burpees.
