Thang one: Dora – 5 burpee’s then run to the top of the bridge and do 20 Squats • 10 burpee’s then run to the top of the bridge and do 15 squats • 15 Burpee‘s then run to the top of the bridge and do 10 squats • 20 Burpee‘s then run to the top of the bridge and do 5 squats.

Thang two: Dora – 5 Merkins then run to the top of the bridge and do 20 Squats • 10 Merkins then run to the top of the bridge and do 15 squats • 15 Merkins then run to the top of the bridge and do 10 squats • 20 Merkins then run to the top of the bridge and do 5 squats.

Mosey back to the flags. 40 flutter kicks in cadence. COT.
