Thanks to those who joined me at the Tank Wednesday AM, wasn’t sure what to expect with the weather, but we were 7 strong.
PAX; Jitterbug (Q), Meatball, Hotwheels, NoNuts, Vacuum, Bunghole, Eto. Wanted to stay somewhat dry, so we used large picnic area to left of monument as base. But I knew I didn’t have 45 Minutes of Under Cover material.
COP: SSH, Grass Grabbers, Kendra Newmans, Stretching, Merkins, Mountain Climbers
Thang 1- Series of Lower body exercises followed immediately by 10 Merkins. These included. 50 High Knees, 50 Buttkickers, 30 Jump Lunges, 15 Jump Squats, 10 Tuck Jumps (think I forgot one….anyway) Really raining at this point
Thang 2- Everyone Grab a bench- Ladder of Merkin variations 5 at a time. High Incline (Table push off) Low Incline (Bench push off), Regular Merkin, Derkin….Then work way back up Merkin Ladder. Rinse and Repeat. Rain was nice steady drizzle, perfect!
Thang 3- Performed a BLIMPS exercise around the monument. Half a lap between each exercise. 20 Burpees, 30 Lunges, 15 Imperial Walkers, 30 Merkins, 20 Plankjacks IC, 20 Squats. Raining Harder Now
Thang 4- Back to our Benches. In succession…20 dips, 10 Hop Ups, 10 Derkins Rinse and repeat….twice. Rain still coming down pretty good
Thang 5- Started a “7” exercise with Burpess and Bobby Hurleys, in between PAX did 20 single count SSH. Got halfway thru and that was time.
