Stick Up (Q)
This was one of those mornings were I realized the night before as I laid down for bed MY Q was in the morning. So instead of planning something, I decided to wing it in the morning. This is what I came up with.
25 SSH (IC)
15 Grass Grabber (IC)
15 Toy Soldiers (IC)
Downward Dog, L/R Calf, L/R Runner’s Stretch
Mosey to the bridge. Here we split into 4 equal groups and performed a 3 team weave over the bridge. Group 1, V-ups. Group 2 mosey over the bridge. Group 3 Groiners. Two complete rounds for each group then mosey over to the egg lawn.
We moseyed until we came across the blacktop path that zig zags through the tall grass of the egg lawn. Since it is my job to read the 2.0 The Bear Hunt book, this struck me just right. “We are going on a bear crawl, its gonna be a long one. Oh no, tall wavey grass. We cant go over it, we cant go under it, we got to go through it” So we did. Bear crawl the 1/4 mile path to the other side. Once the group finished it was on to the next thang.
THANG 3: YHC decided to take the long way back around the egg lawn to the flags. Along the way we stopped at each parking lot to get some PT in. Heres how that went:
PL1: 10 BOYOS & 20 Bobby Hurleys
PL2: 20 V-ups & 20 LBCs
PL3: 20 Merkins & 20 Lunges
Return to the Flags for Mary.
