It was a great morning to get out, perfect weather. The group was disappointed that they couldn’t get to play with my balls, or steer my ship, but they found out that Viking can still deliver the goods without the gimmicks/toys.
We ended up traveling around to different sites of the county, each with this own workout theme. Mixed in total body and cardio.
