Runners Stretch into Cobra
Thang 1: Line up along the open field socially distanced with your weight at your feet. We would move across the field doing the following: Coupon thruster into a Coupon toss in front of you. Bear-crawl to the coupon and then mosey to the other side of the field. Alternate between 10 merkins/bigbois. Run back to your coupon and repeat the above until all PAX make it to the other side of the field.
Thang 2: 4x4s — On your 6. 4 coupon presses followed by 4 flutter kicks. 8×8, 12×12. Continue to 24×24.
With about 7 minutes to spare. Mosey over to the tennis courts where we would perform Thunderstruck. “Q plays “Thunderstruck” by ACDC. PAX complete 1 standard Merkin for every “thunder!” that is heard in the song. Plank during the rest of the song. Awesome way to end a workout and just make sure any juice that’s left is burned away.”
COT included silent intentions and a challenge for the PAX to reach out to someone they have not talked to in a while. We are all very fortunate to be able to get up and do what we do.
