Tomorrow’s Inferno will stay true to it’s name: a fire. Don’t worry about it sub-freezing. Within minutes, your core temp will rise enough that you’ll likely sweat (at least a little). It will be a full body, You-V-You, distancing friendly workout with my take on Jeopardy…but HIIT style. Wear gloves if you need them to do ground work.
