Mosey with coupons to the hill of stolen souls, 10 SSH, 10 Grass grabbers, 10 merkins, downward dog, calf and runner stretch for each leg, Kendra Newmans, and Michael Phelps.
The Thang :
Started by using to coupon to complete 10 subatomic (super-deep) thrusters and 10 man-makers. Ran to the speed bump for 10 burpees. 10 rep Jack Web (4 bear crawls/1 hand release merkin) up the top part of the hill and run to the back corner of the parking lot. We completed 10 deep lunges per leg and set up for sprint across the top parking lot (about 80-100 yards). Let everyone know, “if you’re not first, you’re last,” but that the winner would have a reward. Domino went Usain Bolt on everyone and after two 10-counts he chose the next exercise – 10 kraken burpees. Another 10 count and then we sprinted back. Minnow flashed some top-end speed to edge Natty Light in race 10. He called for 10 jump squats. Moseyed down the hill to the dumpsters for 10 big boys and 10 subatomic squats at the speed bump. Once we reached the bottom we repeated everything (except limiting it to 5-count for Jack Webs due to lack of time). Nice and Slow won sprint #3 and called for 10 body-builders and Natty Light beat Husky by a nose for the honor of selecting 10 Freddie Mercuries. We reached the bottom of the hill at 6:12 so we wrapped up with 10 bonus man-makers and moseyed with coupons over to the flag.
COR/COT – 16 for the count, names listed above. Announcements. Intentions, especially for Wide Right’s father for a safe surgery, Nino’s wife’s grandma with Covid, and Pickleball’s wife and kids on the visit to Michigan. Our Father prayer to close.
Workout Notes: Domino’s original request for his selection earned by winning the first race was a 10-count. When he followed it up with a request for 10 kraken burpees somebody called out Jewel for having to hide his boner. The races up top were VERY close and the men pushed themselves hard. Despite the cold temperatures lots of sweat was shed. As always I am very humbled and grateful to lead a group of such hard-working men.
Peace and Love
