This was the second workout at the Moonshiner, I figured since it’s right around the corner from my house I better support this new workout. Jolly Rancher beat me to the first ever Q, so I’ll take second place in that department.
Sump Pump showed up for a rare Mutt travel day. I owe the Mutt a visit soon, I really appreciate the effort.
5 PAX to work through the Bulletin Board : Sump Pump, Honey Do, Spree, FOCKER, and Bulletin (Q).
Disclaimer given. Since this workout was spawned because the Station shutdown, I figured I would introduce something I invented while Q’ing at the Inferno. The Inferno Start is 5 BOYO, 10 Merkins, 15 SSH single count, rinse and repeat for 5 minutes. We grabbed coupons and moseyed to the back parking lot for the Bulletin Board.
The board contained 3 sets of exercises.
LEGS – 20 Squats, 20 Lunges, 20 Bobby Hurleys
CHEST/BACK – 20 Rows/Right Arm, 20 Merkins, 20 Rows/Left Arm
ARMS/Shoulders – 20 Curls, 20 Tricep Extensions, 20 Shoulder Presses.
We did each set for 10 minutes, beginning with a lap around the field. Work the 3 excercises, sprint 40 yards, mosey back and repeat the exercises.
Once complete, we went back to the front long for Flutter kicks and Decline Big Boys.
