BB 2-15-21 The Motivator @ The Abyss

Today was a pretty important day for me. I had been quarantined due to being COVID positive, with some really unpleasant symptoms. So, this was my release from quarantine and I NEEDED it! The weather was the last thing on my mind but, believe it or not, I did arrive about 6 minutes early to check out our options. Started with disclaimer and straight to COP: 25 SSH, Mosey, 15 Toy Soldiers, 10 Grass Grabbers, Downward Dog Stretches.

Thang 1: 4 exercise Ladder with 2 laps around playground between exercises 1-3. Run to Flat Rock Road and back after 4th exercise. 1. Merkins-25. 2. Coupon Curls-50. 3. Big Boys-75. 4. Copperhead squats-100.

Thang 2: 10 Incline Merkins, 10 Coupon Swings, 10 Thrusters, 10 Decline Merkins, 10 Coupon Squats

Ended with some core work: 15 4-count LBC’s, 10 4-count Windshield Wipers, 20 4-count Gas Pumps, 20 American Hammers.

Ended with announcements of clothing, shoes, etc. I prayed for the HIM’s, our country, our families. Always a pleasure guys!
