
The best laid schemes of mice and men often go awry.
Arrived to the cold, dark, wet Abyss this morning with as grand plan of getting in a good mix of heavy work on the basketball court and running around the park. My plans immediately went awry as I saw that the road was a unplowed, solid sheet of ice and the basketball court was a perfect combo of ice/snow/melt that you can slip and slide and get soaking wet. This required a quick and complete overhaul to my original plan. The men who joined me this morning were understanding of the adjustment and put in some hard work.

Kept the guys an extra two minutes to complete the 5th round of Thang 3 – I didn’t realize we stopped at 6 sharp. The HIMs were happy to inform me lol.
