At long last, my first Q at The Original, it was a beautiful Saturday Morning. Thanks to those who joined me.
PAX- Jitterbug (QIC), Number2 (R), Whitney (R), Vincent (R), Handbook, McAfee, Violet, Palmolive, Russdiculous, Tron, Timberwolf
COP- Mosey Long way around and grabbed ourselves some Tennis Courts. SSH, Toy Soldiers, Grassgrabbers, Kendra Newman, Michael Phelps, Stretching
Thang 1- 4 Corners: Split Pax into two groups and started in opposite corners. 1st and 3rd Corners were Merkins, 2nd and 4th Corners were Squats. Long End Corner to Corner were Sprints, Short Ends to next corner were Bernie Sanders. Started with 5 of each exercise, and increased each time around to 10-15-20.
Thang 2- 5-10-15. PAX did 5 Boyos, 10 Hand Release Merkins, and 15 Jump Squats….Followed by a Suicide….Sprint to end of its court, Bernie Sanders back, Repeat to end of 2nd and 3rd courts.
Thang 3- Mosey to Benches by playground in front of restrooms, didn’t even smell that bad. 10-15-10: Pax did 10 Hop-up/Step Up (their choice), Followed by 15 Dips, and then 10 Derkins…Rinse and Repeat x 3
Thang 4- Mosey to nearby school parking lot. Each PAX Grabbed a Parking Spot with a Curb Stop. PAX then did 30 hopovers back and forth over curb stop, bear crawled to other side of Lot, 10 Bobby Hurleys, Lunge walk back……..Rinse and Repeat
Thang 5- Mosey back to the loop. Started at a Light Post with 1 Burpee, then had PAX Sprint length of 2 light posts and increase Burpee count by one, all the way up to 10. That was a tough one. Mosey back to our original Tennis Courts. For 5 minutes of Mary
COR, NOR, Announcements and Intentions. I always like to impart what F3 has and does mean to me. The positive changes in me personally and all I get fro being part of this group. So much easier to go out and Face that “Thing” you have to Face when you start your day the correct way. I urged the pact to go out and pick one person that day and have a positive influence in them; when we do that we both win. Jitterbug Out
