PAX- Jitterbug (QIC), Shuttlecock (R), Ladybird (R), Charlois (R), Borland (R), Squid, Schotzie, Mr. Mom, Birdie, Pickleball
-COP -Mosey around lot to Short Concrete Walls and Benches in front of school….SSH, Hillybilly Walkers, Grass Grabbers, Stretching
-Thang 1- Grab a wall or bench. Compete Following Set. 10 Incline Merkins/15 Dips, 10 Hop-ups; 10 Merkins/15 Dips/10 Hop Ups; 10 Derkins/15 Dips/10 Hops Ups
-Thang 2- Mosey to main lot for 4 corners. Start at First light post with 5 T-merkins, Sprint to 2nd Post for 5 Squats, Bernie to 3rd post for 5 T-merkins, Sprint to 4th post for 5 squats, Bernie Sanders back to 1st Post. Had PAX then repeat this pattern twice more with first 10 reps at each station, then 15 at each station.
-Thang 3- YHC was a little winded at this point so I had PAX circle up for a Jack Webb 1/4 ratio of Air Presses and American Hammer up to 10/40. Still tired…Oh well
-Thang 4- A VERY COOL thing abut Bayside is the parking lot essentially has a football field lined out on it with all the yard markers. Endless possibilities. Had PAX line up at “goal line” Performed a set of exercises in succession of 5 Burpees, 10 Hand release Merkins, 15 Jump Squats, then do a suicide: Sprint to 10 yard line, Bernie Back; Sprint to 20 yard line, Bernie Back; Sprint to 30 yard line, Bernie Back. Had the PAX do this 3 times.

COR, NOR, Announcements, Intentions. Intentions were plentiful; so many friends and loved ones dealing with Cancer, Mental Illness, The difficulties of starting again after COVID. But also Praise and I believe it is important to acknowledge when our prayers and positive energy have played a role in helping bring someone thru a challenge. It is a difficult time and important to remember the gift we have of this group, and the strength we can draw from each other as well as the importance of realizing our blessings.
