8 HIMS celebrated May 13 by going from station to station. There were four stations and at each one, we did four exercises, reps of 26,13,26,13. Then we went to the next station via Bernie, Mosey, Lunge walk, or Murderous Bunny.
After the cycle, we then did a 13 (rather than an 11). It was the F-Stop special.
12 overhead press followed by a rifle carry and 1 curl. 11 and 2, 10 and 3 and so forth until we got to 1 press and 12 curls, always rifle carrying in between. Proud to say nobody had to pay the 10 burpee penalty for letting coupon touch the ground.
Finished with a progressive waterfall and a COT on a beautiful morning!
