Per the Pre blast the idea this morning was to AMRAP the AMRAP for Time. As Many Rounds As Possible of As Many Rounds as Possible in 38 minutes. The PB also said we would get weird. And it was very weird planning a WO and not using Bear Crawls. The music also made things interesting.
Island 1: AMRAP 5 Merkins, 10 Lunges, 15 Tuck Jumps for 5 minutes. 30 second recovery which also included running down the lot to the next island. You could rest with the remaining time after reaching the meeting point.
Island 2: AMRAP 5 Wide Merkins, 10 Squats, 15 Groiners for 5 minutes. 30 seconds to get to the next island at the top of the lot but to the right of the first one.
Island 3: AMRAP 5 Diamond Merkins, 10 side to side jumps, 15 Peter Parkers for 5 minutes. 30 seconds to run back down the lot to the next island.
Island 4: AMRAP 5 Carolina Dry Docks, 10 Jump Squats, 15 Supermans for 5 minutes. 30 seconds to run up the parking lot and to the island just to the right of the last. You know the one with the bird.
Island 5: AMRAP 5 Shoulder Taps, 10 Apollo Onos, 15 Flutter Kicks for 5 minutes. 30 seconds to run back down the lot to the 6th island.
Island 6: AMRAP 5 T-Merkins, 10 Broad Jumps, 15 Ski Abs for 5 minutes. 30 second recovery to run back up the lot to the last island to the right.
Island 7: AMRAP Burpees for 5 minutes. The standard was set at 35 and all the pax doubled it at the very least!
Time was called and we headed back to the flag.
