Tobata’s are my favorite. While enduring the pain you don’t have to count, so you can visit with the HIM enduring the pain next to you. Fitness and fellowship at the same time. We did three sets of tobatas: shoulders, legs, and abs with a 1/2 mile run after each set. The sweat was good for the soul!
