COP: Circle up for the usual – SSH, down dog and runner’s stretch, etc, etc

Thang:

1 – Mutt Mile – out .5 and back .5 in NA run style. 50 merkins at the half mile mark.

2 – Choose your reps

For rounds of 100, 200 and 300 reps, pick your exercise from the 3 options to hit the rep count. Requirement that you do at least a certain amount per round of all 3 exercises. They were:

Round of 100 (min 10 reps per): Man-makers, Squat Thrusters, BBSUs

Round of 200 (min 20 reps per): Burpees, Imperial Squat Walkers, Merkins

Round of 300 (min 30 reps per): LBCs, Curls

COT – CoR, NoR, Announcements & Intentions

As a note, I provided a quote and attributed it to Freud. It appears, the interweb was not correct for a change. Nonetheless, the quote still holds water.
