PB Minutemen at The Patriot Ghost Q

This week we kick off Ghost Q week and what better way to get started then posting with your fellow Patriots for a workout you don’t want to hide from. I am told this one will be targeting lower body and has a specific training in mind.

Bring weight if you want to train weighted (ruck preferred over coupon), running shoes, a Can Do attitude , and an FNG!

We will see you, in the aptly put, gloom!
