Nine PAX turned out for a body weight old school beatdown.

We warmed up with nuclears and various other easy body weight exercises. After a bit of warming up we headed off to the back parking lot for some 11’s. Our 11’s included burpees and big boi sit-ups. We moseyed off toward the flags for a grinder session of merkins, copperhead squats, mountain climbers, imperial walkers and SSH. Then we moseyed to the park entrance and back. We repeated this 2 or 3 times.
Few intentions were lifted in COT, we ended with an Our Father and hit the day!
