Great turnout, it was great seeing everyone come out. PAX Jewel, Jitterbug (R), Ted Striker, Catfish, Subprime, Glow Sticks, Husky (R), Corningstone, Natty Lite, Bacon, Wide Right, Nice and Slow, Nino, Huggies, Wet Bandit, Stick Up, Edward Scissorhands, Wabbits, and Jimmy Neutron. Total of 20 HIM’s counting me.
I gave the disclaimer and moseyed to the parking lot to warmup. SSH, Grass Grabbers, Runner Stretch, then Michael Phelps into Kendra Newmans.
Thang 1 – we moseyed to the bottom of the Hill of Stolen Souls and started with 10 merkins, run to the top of 3 different locations (set of stairs to the left, set of stairs in the middle, and/or run up the hill to the trash bins) and do 10 Burpees. Rinse Repeat
Thang 2 – Indian run up to the parking lot to Talledega loop. Here we split up and did 4 different exercises, after each set, run the loop. 20 Jump Squats, 20 Bonnie Blairs, 20 Mountain Climbers, then 20 Flutter Kicks.
To finish it off we moseyed to the bottom of the Baptizer and did 2 rounds of sprints up the hill. Closed with about 5 minutes of core work.
