We began the morning with a warmup and a round of nuclears to get the blood flowing
The “thing” was to do two exercises in each round. 22 of each followed by a transport of self and/or coupon to other end of lot and 22 of the other ultimately doing 88 of each exercise
First round shoulder press and inclined merkins. Second round bench press and squats. Third round curls and side straddle hops.
