The Boondocks. One of the two AO’s YHC has not Q’d. Time to check it off the list. A lot of planning went into this workout until the night before. The shoulders were really aching so it was time to throw in an audible and figure something else out. Easy – cardio and legs. We all need more of that anyway.

COP: “Short” Mosey down to the base of the ball fields at the furthest crosswalk. Circle up. SSH x 20, GrassGrabbers x 10, Toy Soldiers x 10, Hillbillies x 10, Downward Dog, RoL, RightRight, Right leg Jenners, LoR, LeftLeft, Left leg Jenners, Mtn Climbers x 10, Kendra Newmans, Michael Phelps.
THANG 1: 10 rounds. 10 jump squats, run towards the flag to the light pole at the top of the slope, 10 groiners run back to the start = 1 round.
Once completed with all of thang 1, run back to the flag for a 10 count or two. Mosey, over to the basketball court.
THANG 2: Split up among the four corners. Round one 25, 4ct high knees at each corner. Bear crawl the end lines, bernie the sidelines. Round 2, 10 tuck jumps, bunny hop end lines, lunge walk sidelines. Round 3, 10 Jungle Boi Squats, always facing north, carioca end lines, sprint one sideline, berine the other.
Mosey back to the flags for some mary and circled up for COT.
