I needed to run. And in true Garden fashion, we used both hills.
At the bottom of HSS
20 Squrls – curls + Squats
10 Front raises
5 hop over burpees
Once completed – run up the HSS to the bottom of the Baptizer
At the bottom of the Baptizer
20 Sumo squats
10 Lunges each leg (20 total)
We completed this 3 times.
By my calculation, this was stupid, and ill advised. Totals for each are 55 OV Presses and 820 curls. I am in pain, and may the good lord have mercy on my soul for what I inflicted on my friends.
All in all we racked up about 3 miles. But most importantly, we supported each other, and that is what this is all about.
