5 PAX got after it today! Some showed up in their white shirt, others were lucky that Focker had extras.
PAX: Lambeau, Focker, Backflop, Tudors, Furdays
We started off with a run down and around the baseball field to show the newer PAX around the Boondocks, (hopefully for some ideas for their future Qs!)
We did some stretching and got the legs and shoulders nice and loose. Ran back to the starting point and then the fun began.
1st exercise: Walk out Merkins (3 ea) down about 100 ft AND all the way back. Once returned, run down to the park entrance + plank while waiting for the 6.
2nd exercise: Lunge + Coupon Press (aka Lambeau Lunge) down and back + run down to the park entrance + big boy sit-up while waiting for the 6.
3rd exercise: Stationary 11s – Coupon Curls & Coupon Overhead Press. WITHOUT dropping the weight + run down to the park entrance + big boy sit-up while waiting for the 6.
4th exercise: Lunges down and back + run down to the park entrance + big boy sit-up while waiting for the 6.
5th exercise: Walk out Merkins (1 ea) down and back + run down to the park entrance + big boy sit-up while waiting for the 6.
6th exercise: Lunges down and back + run down to the park entrance + big boy sit-up while waiting for the 6.
Finished right at time with full round of Mary!
